The root of H.P Modi group date back to the 20th century in the desert town Bikaner, Rajasthan It was here Late. Hanuman Prasad Modi started small milk procurement and trading firm in 1968, laying the Foundation of H.P Modi Group. Our Group's Founding Father set up a firm in Critical Sector such as – Dairy.
H.P Modi found no contradiction in pursuing business goals with the dedication of a saint, emerging as one of the foremost Business person. The principles by which he lived were soaked up by his grandson, Mr. Avinash Modi Group's Young leader.
Having Turnover of Rs 500 core, venture into the other fields -Real Estate, Retail, Financing, Cattle Feed Trading,
H.P Modi was born as a great leader and visionary with strong entrepreneur skills, He got an opportunity in milk procurement sector as there is no private key players in this area at that time and people engaged in animal husbandry were not getting the return on there hard work.
This situation inspired him to start procurement of milk at surprising price of .10 Paisa/liter association of Jaipur milk scheme.
In 1974(Emergency Period), company joined hands with Rajasthan Go Sewa Sangh and supplied 3000liter of milk per day to Delhi Milk Scheme.
After establishment of Urmul dairy plant at Bikaner Mr. Modi become major supplier of quality milk to Urmul dairy in association of Rajasthan Go Sewa Sangh.
For providing more benefit to milk producers Mr Modi Incorporated a Company in the name of Milk Foods Pvt Ltd. in 1984. To carry out large scale business of Milk Procurement and Dairy products.
The company becomes major supplier of Cow Milk to Nestle India, Mother dairy and Delhi Milk Scheme. And started producing Pure Cow Ghee under the Brand name of Shree Jee.
Company extended its division at Jaipur and Incorporated new company in the Name of Lotus Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd- In 2001 another company incorporated under the name of Lotus Dairy products Pvt ltd. in Jaipur to cater the growing demand of dairy product by producing and Marketing Pure ghee, Milk, Flavored Milk, Chach, Lassi, Paneer under Brand name of Lotus.

In 2006 Amar Prtap Developers is incorporated as a new venture of group in real estate business. Company is engage in real estate business last few years.
Launched its first residential project Brindavan Enclave First Integrated Township with metro Facility in Bikaner.
After this project in 2009 company launched their other projects in the name of Brindavan Enclave phase II, Sagar Setu Enclave, Sagar Setu Block-A,D and C. Company sold more than 3500 plots in bikaner.
In near future company will launch farm houses, affordable housing and many other projects in Bikaner.
